Does MediPacks cost extra?+
No. Enrollment, sorting, packaging and local delivery to qualifying neighborhoods are all included. You only pay your normal medication copays.
Do I have to switch pharmacies?+
Yes — to use MediPacks, your prescriptions need to be filled at Medihub Pharmacy. We handle the transfer from your current pharmacy for you, usually within a few business days.
What medications can go into a MediPack?+
Most daily oral medications and over-the-counter supplements. Liquids, inhalers, refrigerated meds and most controlled substances are dispensed separately — your pharmacist will walk you through what's eligible.
How do I get my MediPacks?+
Pick them up at your local Medihub Pharmacy inside Food Bazaar Supermarket, or get them delivered free to qualifying areas across Long Island, Brooklyn and surrounding neighborhoods.
How often do I get a new supply?+
MediPacks ship in monthly cycles by default. We manage refills automatically and call your doctor when renewals are needed — you don't have to lift a finger.
What if my prescription changes?+
Just let us know (or have your doctor send the new prescription). We'll update your next MediPacks shipment and dispense any urgent dose changes right away.
Is it safe and accurate?+
Every MediPack is checked by a licensed Medihub pharmacist for accuracy, drug interactions and appropriate dosing — the same standard as any prescription we fill.
