Right Medication. Right Time. Made Simpler.
MediPacks organize eligible medications into convenient, patient-specific pouches based on the resident's medication schedule. Each pouch can clearly identify the resident, the date, the administration time and the medications contained inside.
- Pre-sorted doses
- Organized by administration time
- Patient-specific packaging
- Easy-to-follow medication schedules
- Convenient and travel-friendly
- Designed to support medication adherence
- Reduces the complexity of managing multiple medication bottles
Medications outside the pouch
Medications that are not appropriate for pouch packaging can continue to be dispensed separately. Our goal is to coordinate the resident's overall pharmacy needs — not only the medications placed inside MediPacks.
Other dosage forms that cannot appropriately be packaged in pouches are dispensed in their standard packaging.
Keeping Medications on the Same Schedule
Medihub works to synchronize eligible maintenance prescriptions so medications can be prepared together around a predictable refill cycle.
- Fewer separate refill dates
- Easier medication coordination
- More predictable medication preparation
- More organized facility deliveries
- Reduced administrative workload
- Better visibility into upcoming medication needs
- Supports consistent medication adherence
One refill cycle
Instead of scattered refill dates across the month, eligible maintenance medications are aligned to a single, predictable preparation day for the facility.
We Help Manage the Prescription Cycle
Medihub works with facility staff and prescribers to help keep the medication process moving, reducing the amount of pharmacy-related follow-up your team needs to manage internally.

Your Trusted 340B Contract Pharmacy Partner
The 340B Drug Pricing Program requires drug manufacturers participating in Medicaid to offer reduced pricing to eligible safety-net organizations. Medihub Pharmacy partners with covered entities — FQHCs and look-alikes, Ryan White clinics, disproportionate share hospitals, behavioral health organizations and other HRSA-registered grantees — as a contract pharmacy, so your savings go further for the patients who need them most.
Built for Safety-Net Organizations
Since 1992, the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program has helped safety-net providers manage rising drug costs for vulnerable patients. We partner with eligible covered entities as their contract pharmacy.
Maximize Your Savings
Competitive 340B pricing on eligible prescriptions means savings your organization can reinvest in vaccines, behavioral health programs and other vital services.
Reduced Operational Risk
Accurate claim documentation, oversight and reporting help protect program integrity and keep your organization audit-ready.
Eligibility requirements
To participate in 340B, organizations must meet the strict requirements set by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), including:
- Keeping HRSA OPAIS records current and accurate
- Recertifying program eligibility every year
- Preventing diversion of medication to ineligible patients
- Preventing duplicate manufacturer discounts
- Maintaining records and documentation for program audits
More information about 340B requirements is available on the HRSA website.
Meeting FQHC standards
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, you're held to rigorous standards. Medihub helps centers meet them by:
- Improving medication-adherence rates — with data to back it up
- Expanding the comprehensive services offered to your patients
- Maximizing reimbursements and overall program margin

An Extension of Your Care Team
Medihub works alongside the people responsible for a resident's medications every day — as an active medication-management partner, not simply a location that dispenses prescriptions.
"Your residents have a care team. Their pharmacy should work like part of it."
